What I Ate Wednesday :: Not sick anymore

Hi Everyone, and Happy What I Ate Wednesday Tuesday [hosted by Jenn @ Peas and Crayons]. Sorry about the absence yesterday. I really just had nothing exciting to talk about. To be honest, if it weren’t for sharing my meals, I’m not quite sure I’d be posting today either. It’s just one of those weeks if you know what I mean. 

Okay enough rambling, let’s get onto the real reason why your reading shall we


Meal #1: Smoothie: In the mix: 1 cup milk, 1 scoop cinnamon bun protein powder, 1 banana, ice. Topped with crushed Barbara’s Original Puffin Cereal after frozen for 45 minutes

Meal #4

Meal #2: Italian inspired pancakes: In the mix: Bisquick mix, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese. Topped with marinara sauce.

Meal #2

Meal #3: Spicy black bean burger laid over lettuce and cheese, and then topped with tomato, orange peppers and mustard. + apple and brussel sprouts on side

Meal #3

Meal #4: 2 whole eggs with ketchup, buttered whole-wheat toast and apple slices with peanut butter for dipping

Meal #1

Meal #5: Eggplant Roll-ups + buttered whole-wheat toast and side salad with tomato, cucumber, peppers, and salsa

Meal #5

Meal #6: Yogurt Mess: In the mix: Yogurt [frozen for one hour] that the lovely Lucie sent me, 4 tbsp. pb2 and Chex

Meal #6

..and that’s my meals from yesterday. After last weeks stomach bug and only being able to handle bread and soup, it sure does feel good to enjoy fruits and vegetables again :).

Time to go study & listen to lectures for school. Have a fabulous day everyone!
