Good Morning & Happy What I Ate Wednesday!

Since my meals look identical to last week (except Meal #5 & #6), I thought I’d change it up today.
Everyone has those days where they are constantly on the go; overloaded with work, traveling. Or maybe your under the weather, and the thought of cooking sounds awful.
Well, I believe that its fine to indulge in fast food items from time to time. I’m sure if you would have asked me this years ago, my answer may be different, but in today’s world, healthy options DO exist! It’s just up to YOU to make them. Listed below are healthy choices for when your on the go:
