Hello Jessie Loves to Run readers! My name is Tara and I am the author behind the blog Treble in the Kitchen. I am a 23-year-old group fitness instructor and ACE certified personal trainer who loves to experiment with healthy foods in the kitchen…and sometimes some not-so-healthy foods too! Currently, I work as a hotel sales manager by day, and a group fitness instructor and blogger by early early morning and night 😉
First of all, I wanted to say thank you so much to Jessie for having me write this guest post while she is enjoying Santorini Island in Greece! What an amazing vacation!
Now, let’s talk about fall. It is quickly approaching (hello September…when did you get here!?) and that means that it is time for warm, cozy, comfort foods. When the leaves start to show their colors, there is nothing better than curling up in a big cozy sweater or blanket with a warm cup of something pumpkiny.
Comfort foods can often be thought of as heavy and not-so-healthy…but that doesn’t have to be true at all! Here are some of my favorite recipes for the autumn season that are packed full of fruits and veggies and a ton of flavor!
